Fujin

Fujin is a character from the video game Final Fantasy VIII. She is a member of the Balamb Garden Disciplinary Committee, alongside Raijin and Seifer Almasy. Fujin's most distinguishing trait is her manner of speech, typically using single words in all-caps to express herself, such as "RAGE!" or "LIAR!". However, later in the story, she is capable of speaking in full sentences and even delivering speeches. Physically, Fujin has short silver hair, wears an eyepatch covering her left eye, and is dressed in a blue uniform with a metal pauldron. She is stoic and disciplined, being the most stringent member of the disciplinary committee, but deeply loyal to her friends. In battle, Fujin uses a chakram-type weapon and wind-based magic, and the Guardian Force Pandemona can be drawn from her. Despite initially serving as an antagonist, she ultimately helps the protagonists and is later seen fishing with her friends, showing her kind heart.
