Quick Shot

Quick Shot is a Limit Break ability for Irvine Kinneas in Final Fantasy VIII, characterized by its rapid-fire attack style. Unlike other shot abilities, Quick Shot deals less damage per hit but compensates with its very fast firing rate. This ability utilizes Fast Ammo, which can be acquired through various methods like purchasing, refining, or finding it at specific locations. The damage output of Quick Shot is affected by Irvine's stats, particularly Strength and Luck. When Irvine is at low health and under the influence of the Aura status, he can achieve longer shot times, increasing the overall damage potential. Quick Shot becomes a very useful skill in the later parts of the game where, equipped and statted correctly, its rapid-fire nature can overcome its low damage per hit. Combined with 'Vit 0' status on enemies, Quick Shot damage can be significantly boosted, making it a very powerful attack option in the game.
