Alexander

In Final Fantasy VIII, Alexander (アレクサンダー) is a powerful Holy-elemental Guardian Force, typically depicted as a massive fortress-like robot. Its signature attack is "Holy Judgment," dealing Holy damage to all enemies. Alexander can be obtained by drawing it from Edea in Galbadia Garden or from Catoblepas in the final dungeon. This Guardian Force possesses unique abilities in battle, such as Revive, which fully restores a fallen character, and Med Data, which enhances the effects of healing items. It can also learn elemental attack and defense skills. Furthermore, Alexander's card is a strong asset in the "Triple Triad" mini-game, and it can be converted into Moon Curtains, which teach Guardian Forces Auto-Shell. Alexander is inspired by Alexander the Great of ancient Europe and is a classic summon in the Final Fantasy series.
