Holy

In Final Fantasy VIII, "Holy" (ホーリー) is a powerful attack magic spell with the Holy element, the only spell of its kind in the game. It deals significant damage and can be used in the Junction system to greatly boost characters' Strength and Magic stats. Holy magic is very rare and difficult to acquire, usually only obtainable by drawing from high-level or challenging enemies, or from specific draw points such as the Island Closest to Heaven, Island Closest to Hell, and the White SeeD Ship.
