Full-cure

Full-cure, known as "フルケア" in Final Fantasy VIII, is a restorative Limit Break for the character Selphie. When Selphie's health is low or she is under the 'Aura' status, she can use her 'Slot' ability, and Full-cure is the most common healing spell to appear. It fully restores the HP and removes all status ailments of all living party members, similar to using a Megalixir and ignores Reflect status. While potent, Full-cure's appearance is random, making it unreliable. Other healing options in the game include spells like Cure, Cura, and Curaga, as well as summons and items. Similar abilities include Quistis's Limit Break, White Wind, and using a Megalixir item. Full-cure is a reliable early game healing option, and very useful in early stages of the game or when facing powerful opponents such as Omega Weapon.
