Hi-Potion

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Hi-Potion (ハイポーション) is a common recovery item used to restore a character's hit points (HP). It's more potent than a regular Potion but less effective than an X-Potion. Hi-Potions play a vital role in the game, especially during battles when quick HP recovery is needed. Players can obtain Hi-Potions through various means, such as enemy drops, stealing, purchasing from shops, item refining, or in the "Chocobo World" mini-game. Later in the game, Hi-Potions can be upgraded to Hi-Potion+ with the "Med-Up" ability to restore more HP, and using the "Med Data" ability can further increase the recovery amount.
