Hi-Potion+

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Hi-Potion+ (ハイポーション改) is a more powerful healing item than the regular Hi-Potion. It's primarily obtained by upgrading regular Hi-Potions with the Med-Up ability of the Alexander Guardian Force, restoring 2000 HP to a single character. With the Med Data ability, this recovery can be enhanced to 4000 HP. It also has a very low chance of being acquired by playing cards with the 11th-floor player in D-District Prison. Additionally, it appears as an enemy ability, such as in battles with Fujin, Raijin, and Seifer. Hi-Potion+ is an important recovery method in the mid-to-late game. Although rarer to obtain, its powerful healing capabilities play a critical role in combat. This upgraded version not only heals more HP but is compatible with Auto-Potion, enhancing the player’s survival in battles. Furthermore, it can be crafted or refined from other items, although this is relatively rare.
