X-Potion

In Final Fantasy VIII, the "X-Potion", or "エクスポーション", is a high-level healing item that fully restores the HP of a single character. It's not directly purchasable in the game but can be obtained through item refinement, stealing from enemies, or finding it in specific locations. The X-Potion is a crucial resource that helps players survive battles and it is also a material for crafting other high-level items. Players can obtain X-Potions by refining 5 Mega-Potions, or by transforming the cards of Fujin or Raijin. It can also be acquired through specific events in the game. Due to its powerful healing effect, the X-Potion is a very important item in Final Fantasy VIII that players should use and stock wisely. The X-Potion has appeared multiple times throughout the Final Fantasy series, typically as a top-tier HP recovery item. Its acquisition methods and effects may vary slightly across different games, but its basic function remains to restore a character's HP to its maximum.
