Holy Stone

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Holy Stone (ホーリーストーン) is an item used to cast the Holy spell. It is also used as a material to upgrade equipment. Holy Stones can also be used directly in battles to cast the Holy spell. Due to the scarcity and power of the Holy spell, players often hoard them rather than using them directly in battle. Holy is a rare spell that is primarily obtained through drawing from high-level enemies or from certain draw points. In addition, Holy Stones can be acquired by refining cards.
