Flare Stone

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Flare Stone (フレアストーン) is a significant item. It can be obtained through various means in the game, including drops from monsters, stealing, item refinement, and finding it in specific locations such as Chocobo Forests. The primary use of Flare Stone is as a material for item refinement, which can be refined into powerful magic like the Flare spell. Flare is a strong non-elemental magic that can deal significant damage in battle, and it greatly enhances character's Strength and Magic stats when junctioned. The rarity of Flare Stones and its importance in magic refining make it a valuable resource in the game. Thus, players need to pay attention to collecting Flare Stones to enhance their character abilities and combat effectiveness.
