Zombie Powder

In Final Fantasy VIII, Zombie Powder is an essential material used for refining into Zombie Magic and Holy Water. This material is typically obtained by defeating or stealing (using the “Mug” ability) from the enemy called “Blood Soul,” and can also be acquired from enemies like Forbidden and Gerogero. Additionally, players can obtain Zombie Powder by using the “Card Mod” ability on Blood Soul cards. The main purpose of Zombie Powder is to refine it into Zombie Magic, which inflicts the Zombie status on enemies. Characters under the Zombie status receive damage from healing magic and items, and are instantly killed by revival magic. Zombie Powder can also be refined into Holy Water, which cures the Zombie status. Zombie Powder is a crucial material, especially in the later parts of the game when players need large quantities of Zombie Magic or Holy Water. Players need to acquire and manage Zombie Powder effectively.
