Fish Fin

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Fish Fin is a common item, primarily obtained by defeating an enemy called "Focalor-A" or by stealing from it. It can also be found in the Chocobo World minigame. The Fish Fin is a compatibility item that increases the compatibility with the Guardian Force Leviathan by 3 points. Furthermore, it serves as an important material for crafting magic and upgrading weapons. Players can refine Fish Fins into 20 Water spells or use them in specific weapon modification recipes. As an early-game resource, the Fish Fin is crucial for character growth and equipment upgrades, making it a frequently collected item. Its presence in the game enhances the strategic aspects of item collection and usage, providing players with more choices and enjoyment.
