Str+40%

In Final Fantasy VIII, "Str+40%" is a support ability that can be learned through Guardian Forces (GFs). When equipped, this ability permanently increases a character's Strength stat by 40%, thus boosting their physical attack power. This is a very useful buff for characters who rely on physical attacks. To learn the "Str+40%" ability, players need to junction specific Guardian Forces to their characters and earn enough AP (Ability Points) through battles to unlock it. Different Guardian Forces provide different skills, and players need to choose suitable GFs based on their needs. This ability is a key factor in enhancing a character's combat abilities in the game, especially when facing enemies with high defense, the extra strength bonus can significantly improve damage output. In addition to directly increasing strength, players can also further strengthen their attributes by junctioning magic, creating more powerful characters.
