GFHP+20%

In Final Fantasy VIII, "GF HP+20%" refers to an ability that increases the maximum health points (HP) of a Guardian Force (GF) by 20%. Guardian Forces are an important summon system in the game, and players equip them to gain various stat bonuses, including elemental attacks, defenses, and unique abilities. A GF's HP represents the amount of damage they can sustain in battle; when their HP is depleted, they cannot be summoned. Thus, increasing a GF's HP effectively enhances their survivability, making them more durable in fights. Players can obtain this ability by equipping specific items or learning GF skills, allowing them to better use GFs to help defeat enemies. Strategically selecting and utilizing GF HP-boosting abilities is crucial for success in the game.
