Supt Mag-RF

In Final Fantasy VIII, Supt Mag-RF (Support Magic Refiner) is a crucial menu ability that allows players to convert specific items into beneficial support magic, such as spells that heal or enhance status. This ability is learned by the Guardian Force Leviathan and requires 30 AP. Using Support Magic Refiner is more convenient than drawing magic from enemies and enables earlier access to higher-tier spells, such as refining Fury Fragments into the rare “Aura” spell. Players can refine various items into different spells, such as turning M-Stone Pieces into “Esuna,” Vampire Fangs into “Drain,” Dragon Skins into “Reflect,” and Turtle Shells into “Protect.” Utilizing Support Magic Refiner efficiently gives players a significant advantage in battles. It is important to note that if this ability is removed with Amnesia Greens, it cannot be obtained again.
