Base Soldier(Boss)

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Base Soldier appears as a blue G-Soldier, typically accompanying the Base Leader in boss battles. They employ standard sword attacks and magic attacks when commanded. Players can put them to sleep using ice magic, while also drawing Blizzard or Blizzara spells. The attributes and resistances of Base Soldiers vary with their level, making them a common enemy in the early game. Additionally, another enemy called "Command Soldier" exists in Final Fantasy VIII's battles, appearing later in the game, with different magic and attack patterns compared to Base Soldiers. They use more advanced magic, such as "Fireball," "Thunder," and "Ice Shot," along with supportive magic like "Haste" and "Slow." Players must employ strategies like drawing magic and exploiting elemental weaknesses to defeat them. These soldiers are common foes in Final Fantasy VIII, forming an important part of the combat experience.
