Norg Pod(Boss)

In Final Fantasy VIII, the NORG Pod is the vessel for the boss NORG, and it has no attack abilities of its own. It appears alongside the Left Orb and the Right Orb. Players must destroy the NORG Pod to reveal NORG. The Japanese name of NORG Pod, “セルト・ヒサーリ” (Seruto Hisari), is derived from Turkish, meaning "fortress of the head." During the battle, players need to pay attention to the color changes of the Left and Right Orbs. When they turn red, they will release powerful magic attacks. "セルト・ヒサーリ" refers to the Japanese name for NORG Pod, which is essentially NORG’s vessel during the battle and not a separate enemy or character. The NORG Pod itself has no attack capabilities. Defeating the NORG Pod reveals NORG, at which point players can fight him and have the opportunity to draw the Guardian Force Leviathan. Therefore, the primary objective for players in battle is to focus fire on destroying the NORG Pod to unveil NORG.
