Right Orb(Boss)

In Final Fantasy VIII, Solt-Hisari and the Right Orb are two names for the same component of the NORG boss battle. Solt-Hisari is the Japanese name, while the English version refers to it as the 'Right Orb'. Both are indestructible orbs attached to NORG that change color during battle, cycling from blue to yellow to red. When red, they cast status magic such as Slow and Silence. Players can revert their color to blue by attacking them, thus interrupting their magic attacks. The Right Orb possesses very high defense, so even powerful attacks only inflict minimal damage. Players can steal rare items 'Magic Up' and 'Mind Up' from the Right Orb and can also draw the Dispel magic from it. Additionally, after defeating Celt-Hisari, the NORG core will appear, allowing players to draw the Leviathan Guardian Force.
