Sacred(Boss)

In Final Fantasy VIII, Sacred (Japanese: セクレト) is an optional boss encountered in the Tomb of the Unknown King. Sacred is the brother of Minotaur. Initially, Sacred appears alone, but after being defeated, he escapes. He later reappears alongside his brother Minotaur for a dual boss fight. After defeating them, players obtain their Guardian Force, called “Brothers.” In battle, Sacred primarily uses physical attacks. Notably, the duo can use a combined attack called “Mad Cow Special,” an earth-elemental attack. To counter their abilities, players can use Float to prevent their HP regeneration and draw Life magic from them. Additionally, Sacred is weak to wind and poison attacks. Sacred's card can also be obtained for the Triple Triad minigame and as a refining material.
