Thrustaevis

Thrustaevis, or スラストエイビス, is a monster in Final Fantasy VIII, and also a card of the same name. This flying blue dinosaur-like creature is primarily found in the Galbadian regions of the game's world map. In battle, it can use "Bite" and "Dive" attacks, and when its HP drops to 70%, it will start using the wind-elemental attack "Wind Blast". Notably, Thrustaevis is immune to Quake attacks. Players can draw Wind magic from it during battles. Additionally, Thrustaevis is also a Triple Triad card, a Level 2 Monster Card with a wind element. This card can be obtained by defeating the Thrustaevis monster or in card games. Using Quezacotl's Card Mod ability, the Thrustaevis card can be refined into a Shear Feather, which can then be refined into Wind magic. It is worth noting that, with the same resources, refining the Abyss Worm card will provide the more powerful Tornado magic.
