Vysage

Vysage is an enemy in Final Fantasy VIII, appearing as a face emerging from the ground, sometimes accompanied by Lefty and Righty. It's notable for its item farming potential at Shenand Hills, where players can mug Lightweights to refine into Haste magic, and Life Rings from Lefty. Vysage is also a Triple Triad card, depicting itself with Lefty and Righty, and can be refined into a Wizard Stone. The enemy drops its own card, and various spells like Cure and Sleep can be drawn from it. Its attacks include 'Stare,' which inflicts Confuse, Silence, Poison, or Darkness, and 'Sigh,' which targets the entire party. With Lefty and Righty, it also uses 'Curse' and physical attacks. The Gargantua boss fight starts with a battle against Vysage. This monster cannot be captured using the Card command and is immune to some specific abilities.
