Andromeda

Andromeda is a character in "Fate/Grand Order," where she appears as a Rider-class Servant. In Greek mythology, Andromeda was a princess of Aethiopia, offered as a sacrifice to the sea monster Cetus to appease Poseidon after her mother Cassiopeia boasted of her beauty. Chained to a rock by the sea, she was rescued by the hero Perseus, who later became her husband. In the game, Andromeda is portrayed as a tomboyish princess who excels in swimming, wielding the chains that bound her and a giant rock attached to the end of the chains in combat. Her Noble Phantasm, "Aethiopia Cetus," summons the petrified sea monster Cetus. She aspires to become a hero alongside Perseus rather than remain just the maiden he saved. Andromeda was implemented as a limited 5-star Servant in the February 2024 Valentine's Day event. She is characterized by high HP but low attack power, excelling in battle through taunts, evasion, and damage reflection mechanisms.
