Chloe von Einzbern, also known as Kuro, is a twin existence derived from Illyasviel von Einzbern in Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA. She is a manifestation of Illya's sealed memories and personality, who was brought into existence due to the leakage of Illya's power as a Grail vessel. Chloe is summoned as an Archer-class Servant in Fate/Grand Order, often appearing as an event reward. She resembles Illya in appearance but has darker skin and white hair. Personality-wise, she is calmer and more nonchalant than Illya, as well as devious and manipulative. Chloe takes pride in her origin and resents Illya's desire to be 'normal.' Her relationship with Illya is complex, characterized by both rivalry and sisterly bonds. Her unique abilities include projection magic to replicate weapons and draining others' magical energy through kissing. In Fate/Grand Order, her Noble Phantasm is 'Triple Crane Wings,' a special move inherited from a certain Heroic Spirit.
