In Fate/Grand Order, Beast IV, also known as the "Beast of Amane" or "Mother of Beasts", is one of the seven great calamities symbolizing the evils of mankind. Beast IV's true name is Tamamo-vitch Koyanskaya, who initially appeared in two forms of light and darkness, and later appears as Beast IV: L in the main story. Her true form is the earth itself, originating from the residual energy of the Tunguska explosion. Beast IV: L does not intend to exterminate humanity herself, but rather enjoys the process of humanity's demise. She has the ability to collect monsters from different Lostbelts and turn them into her familiars. As a Beast, she has different class advantages/disadvantages from typical Servants and possesses unique skills and Noble Phantasms. Beast IV: L's appearance adds new challenges and depth to the game, and also reveals the complexity and diversity of human evil. Although she is cruel and cold, her love for animals is genuine and profound, and she attempts to build a world where humans and animals can coexist harmoniously, even if her methods are controversial.
