Taigong Wang

Taigong Wang, originally known as Jiang Shang, courtesy name Ziya, is a Rider-class Servant appearing in Fate/Grand Order (FGO). He is a renowned military strategist and statesman from Chinese history who played a crucial role in the founding of the Zhou Dynasty. In FGO, Taigong Wang is known for his exceptional tactical abilities and versatile support capabilities, providing various buffs to the team, including Quick card performance, attack power, Noble Phantasm damage, and NP charge. He particularly excels against enemies with the "Divinity" and "Demonic" traits, dealing significant damage. Despite his strengths, Taigong Wang has low survivability and his damage output against enemies without those traits is comparatively lower. He also boasts that if he were summoned as a Caster, he would undoubtedly be a Grand Caster. His Noble Phantasm, "Dǎ Shén Biān", deals massive damage to enemies with the Divinity trait, further enhancing his anti-Divinity capabilities. Taigong Wang is also often teased about his past "spilled water can't be collected" story, and is shown to be a little sad when that's brought up.
