Salome is a Berserker-class Servant featured in the mobile game Fate/Grand Order. She is not explicitly named in the New Testament but rather appears in the writings of Jewish historian Flavius Josephus in "Antiquities of the Jews." Salome's story stems from her obsessive infatuation with John the Baptist and her manipulation of her stepfather, King Herod, to obtain his head. In the game, Salome appears as a mad and fixated character whose skills and Noble Phantasm reflect her twisted love and tragic fate. Her unique skill, "Dance of the Seven Veils," sacrifices her defense to greatly charge the party's NP, showcasing her reckless pursuit of her desires. Salome's Noble Phantasm is the head of John the Baptist, transformed into a crystal skull, which she uses to attack enemies. Although she is a Berserker, she retains some reason, but her pathological obsession with those she loves makes her a highly distinctive character. Her appearance adds depth to the game and prompts different interpretations of figures from biblical stories.
