Napoleon

Napoleon Bonaparte appears as an Archer-class Servant in Fate/Grand Order (FGO). He is not strictly based on the historical figure, but rather on the legends and symbolic role he holds in French history. He is summoned as "the man of possibilities" and "the idol of a hero created by his people's expectations". In the game, he is 189cm tall, has a cheerful and confident personality, and always answers the expectations and desires of others. He believes he can accomplish anything, even the most improbable things from legend. His Noble Phantasm, "Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile," transforms humanity's infinite possibilities into cannonballs that streak across the sky like a rainbow, which is especially effective against mystery. As a Heroic Spirit, he embodies the belief that "if people expect something from Napoleon, then he will be so." He is an avid reader, likes cigars, dislikes dogs, and has stated he falls for a particular woman each time he manifests. FGO's Napoleon is both a tribute to the historical figure and an interpretation of the possibilities and expectations within the hero's legend.
