Emiya (Assassin)

Emiya (Assassin), also known as Kiritsugu Emiya, is an Assassin-class Servant featured in Fate/Grand Order. He is not a Heroic Spirit in the traditional sense, but rather a Guardian summoned by the Counter Force, a "what if" possibility. In an alternate world, due to the Einzbern family not hiring an outside magus, he never met the wife he was supposed to, and thus didn't suffer the pain of separation. This resulted in his heart remaining as hard as steel, his emotions eventually withering away, and his soul being called to the Counter Force. Emiya (Assassin) is proficient in assassination techniques, possesses the "Time Alter" ability, which he has sublimated into his Noble Phantasm "Chronos Rose," allowing him to manipulate his own time stream for high-speed consecutive attacks. He is taciturn and emotionless, similar to the young Kiritsugu Emiya. Despite killing countless individuals as an assassin, his existence is not engraved in the Throne of Heroes. He is deeply loved by the Grail, possesses high Luck stats, but at the cost of stealing the happiness of others. He is one of the few characters in the game with a targetable taunt, able to draw the attention of enemy single-target attacks or Noble Phantasms. He also has high critical hit generation capabilities, but requires NP support.
