Mephistopheles

Mephistopheles, a character from the mobile game Fate/Grand Order (FGO), is a Caster-class Servant. He originates from Goethe's classic play "Faust," where he is the demon who tempts Faust into damnation. In the game, Mephistopheles is depicted as a clown-like figure with a grotesque appearance and an unpredictable personality. While seeming friendly on the surface, he is actually insidious and views his Master as a toy for his amusement, always seeking opportunities to lead them into despair. His abilities include dealing curse damage and inflicting buff block, while his Noble Phantasm, "Tick-Tock Bomb," deals AoE damage that ignores defense and inflicts curse. Despite being a three-star Servant, Mephistopheles has unique tactical value in certain situations, particularly when facing enemies that frequently apply buffs. He has garnered a following in the game due to his distinctive personality and abilities.
