William Shakespeare, one of the greatest playwrights and poets in English history, flourished during the Elizabethan and Jacobean eras. He is renowned for creating numerous classic plays, such as "Hamlet" and "Romeo and Juliet", as well as sonnets and other poems. In the Fate series, he is summoned as a Caster-class Servant, making his first appearance in "Fate/Apocrypha" and later in "Fate/Grand Order". As a dramatist who loves stories, he enjoys observing and driving their development, sometimes resorting to deception or provocation for the sake of dramatic effect. In "Fate/Grand Order", he maintains his keen interest in stories and protagonists, frequently quoting his own works.
