Boudica

Boudica, also known as Queen Boudica, is a character featured in the mobile game Fate/Grand Order (FGO). In the game, she appears as a Rider-class Servant. Boudica was the queen of the Iceni tribe in 1st century Britannia. After her husband's death, she led a rebellion against the Roman Empire due to their invasion and the dishonor inflicted upon her and her daughters. Despite initial victories, she was ultimately defeated by Roman general Suetonius Paulinus at the Battle of Watling Street. In Fate/Grand Order, Boudica is portrayed as a gentle woman with a strong maternal love for Britain, yet she also retains her powerful will as a warrior and her determination for revenge. She yearns for peace in Britannia and hopes that people of all nations can live together in happiness. Her Noble Phantasm, "Sword of Unpromised Victory," symbolizes her valiant spirit of fighting despite not having achieved ultimate victory. Boudica is given unique skills and a background story in the game, making her a popular character among players. In FGO's story, she sometimes displays an older sister-like concern, especially showing her maternal affection for Heroic Spirits originating from Britain.
