Atalanta, appearing as an Archer-class Servant in Fate/Grand Order (FGO), is a renowned huntress from Greek mythology. Known for her swiftness and dedication to purity, she is famous for participating in the Calydonian Boar hunt and being among the Argonauts. In the game, Atalanta is portrayed as an agile young woman with green hunting attire and animal features like ears and a tail, which both symbolize the curse from her legend and her personal preference. Her passion for protecting children stems from her own abandonment, becoming a wish she seeks to fulfill through the Holy Grail. Her battle style primarily revolves around archery, and her Noble Phantasm, "Phoebus Catastrophe," is a powerful anti-army attack. She also has a special form, Atalanta Alter, where she is strengthened by the pelt of the Calydonian Boar, transforming into a beast and demonstrating immense power while losing some sanity. In FGO, Atalanta is both a Quick card support character and a heroic spirit with a unique backstory and complex emotions.
