  • Chinese: 卫宫
  • Japanese: エミヤ
  • English: Emiya
Emiya is a Heroic Spirit appearing in "Fate/Grand Order," typically summoned as an Archer-class Servant. He's not a conventional hero but a future version of Shirou Emiya from the "Fate/stay night" universe. He made a contract with the World (Alaya), becoming a Counter Guardian and shouldering a tragic fate. In "FGO," he also has class variations like the Assassin-class Emiya, often called "Assassin," and the Alter-class Emiya, known as "Blackened Emiya." Emiya is known for his unique "Reality Marble" ability, Unlimited Blade Works, allowing him to replicate and project various weapons, especially swords. As an Archer, he mainly fights with bows and projectiles; as Assassin and Alter, he displays a more aggressive and destructive fighting style. Emiya possesses a complex character background and story arc in "FGO." His interactions with the protagonist and inner struggles about his own existence add depth to the game. He often presents a cynical, nihilistic attitude, while harboring a hidden dedication to justice and frustration with his past ideals.
