Siegfried

Siegfried, also known as ジークフリート, is a popular character in Fate/Grand Order (FGO). He originates from the medieval epic poem "Nibelungenlied" and is a renowned dragon-slaying hero, known as the "Dragon Slayer." Siegfried wields the sacred sword Balmung and defeated the evil dragon Fafnir. Though he is taciturn, he is deeply passionate and always stands on the front lines to protect his comrades. He gained an immortal body from bathing in dragon's blood, but a leaf on his back became his fatal weakness. Siegfried appears as a Saber-class Servant in the game, boasting powerful dragon-slaying capabilities and excellent survivability. He longs to fight not for the expectations of others, but for the justice he believes in. In Fate/Grand Order, Siegfried's story and character design have been further expanded, making him a beloved character among players. His tragic hero image and formidable performance in battle have made him an integral part of the FGO universe.
