Jokyojo

Jokyojo, also known as Associate Professor (职业名), is a secondary character in The King of Fighters series. She is often referred to as the 'Associate Professor of Osaka University' in the games. Jokyojo was the director of the University of Osaka, where she met Goro Daimon, a Judo instructor, and fell in love with him. They eventually married and had a child named Kogoro Daimon. The game The King of Fighters: Kyo depicts how Goro and Jokyojo met. When Kyo Kusanagi and Shingo Yabuki went to Osaka University to find Goro, the Judo master expressed his desire for a girlfriend. Shingo mocked him until Jokyojo appeared behind him. Goro and Jokyojo then started dating, eventually getting married and having a son. Jokyojo's personality is serious and straightforward, similar to Goro. She appears as a non-player character in the game and is not involved in battles. In The King of Fighters series, Jokyojo mainly exists as Goro Daimon's wife and Kogoro's mother, adding a touch of warm family atmosphere to the series.
