Botan

Botan is a character in The King of Fighters series, first introduced in The King of Fighters 2003. She is a member of the group known as Those from the Past. She appeared in the finals of the 2003 tournament alongside Mukai. Botan controlled Chizuru Kagura and forced her to create a copy of her sister, Maki Kagura. Together with Mukai, she broke the Orochi seal through Chizuru, aiming to give Orochi's power to their unknown master. In The King of Fighters XI, Botan controlled Rose Bernstein, ordering her to create the tournament so Magaki could implement his plans. She seemingly delivers orders from her masters to Ash Crimson, who doesn't take them too seriously. In The King of Fighters XIII, she faithfully serves Saiki but is swept away by the energy surge when Saiki possesses Ash. She is later seen walking among a crowd in the story mode ending, confirming her survival. Botan also releases her control over Rose. She appears very young but has a sadistic personality.
