King

King is a character in both The King of Fighters and Art of Fighting series. She debuted in the original Art of Fighting as the sole playable female character. In The King of Fighters series, she appears as one of the founders of the Women Fighters Team, alongside Mai Shiranui and Yuri Sakazaki, besides being a frequent member of the Art of Fighting Team. She is known for her unique Muay Thai fighting style, which combines kicking techniques, acrobatics, and flips, making her combat style very distinctive. King often appears in masculine clothing, such as a purple tuxedo, but also occasionally shows a feminine side. She is a strong, loyal character, yet unforgiving to her enemies. She is very trustworthy to her friends, but can sometimes be too passionate, resulting in setbacks. King also has a fondness for fine wine and is very committed to earning money to pay for her brother Jean's medical bills. There's a special relationship between her and Ryo Sakazaki, which is implied in many games.
