Andy Bogard

Andy Bogard (アンディ・ボガード) is a prominent character in SNK's fighting game series, *Fatal Fury* and *The King of Fighters*. He is the younger brother of Terry Bogard, known by his moniker, "The Human Weapon" or "Whole Body Weapon." Andy has dedicated himself to martial arts from a young age. To differentiate himself from his brother Terry, he traveled to Japan to study ninjutsu and koppoken. He is proficient in Shiranui-ryuu ninjutsu and koppoken, enabling him to execute swift attacks and target vulnerable areas of the body. Andy possesses a calm and composed demeanor, always focused on self-improvement, though he can become flustered when confronted with his insecurities, such as his height. He respects his older brother, Terry, yet aspires to surpass him. In his relationship with Mai Shiranui, Andy considers her like a younger sister in the *Fatal Fury* series, while in *The King of Fighters*, he harbors feelings for Mai but feels he is not yet mature enough for both marriage and training. Andy often teams up with Terry and Joe Higashi in *The King of Fighters* and is recognized as a character adept at space control with excellent mobility.
