Rick Strowd, also known as the "White Wolf," is a young Native American lightweight boxer from the Fatal Fury series. He made his first appearance in Real Bout Fatal Fury 2: The Newcomers. Before becoming a professional boxer, Rick worked as a show boxer at a casino for ten years. However, he felt stifled by this life and, heeding the call of nature, left the casino with a promise to return before the casino's important match. Although Rick is rowdy and sometimes not very proper, he has a heart of honor and respects the code of the warrior. He gets excited when he faces strong opponents and is very disappointed by weak ones. He stays true to his father's roots and feels very close to nature. Rick likes to live at his own pace and does not pay much attention to others' opinions. His fighting style is characterized by fast, frenzied combo punches, with rapid speed and explosive power. Rick was also considered for inclusion in The King of Fighters '99 roster but was ultimately replaced by Li Xiangfei. In addition to the Fatal Fury series, he has also appeared in Fatal Fury: First Contact and SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters Clash.
