Freia Lawrence (フレア・ローレンス) is not a playable character in *The King of Fighters* series, but rather a significant supporting character introduced in *Art of Fighting 3*, a spin-off of the *Fatal Fury* franchise. She is a childhood friend of Robert Garcia and Wyler. Freia's father and Wyler's father were developing a powerful elixir, but Freia's father, realizing its dangers, broke off contact. Before his death, he entrusted the missing components of the elixir to Freia. To prevent Wyler from obtaining the elixir, she travels to Glasshill. There, she meets Robert, and they journey to Wyler's location. When Wyler suffers from the elixir's side effects, Freia remains by his side to nurse him back to health. Freia is gentle and caring, and she hopes to stop Wyler from losing himself to power, implying a romantic interest in him. While she does not participate in battles, she plays a crucial role in the storyline of *Art of Fighting 3*.
