Vincent Smith

Vincent Smith, also known as Father Vincent by his followers, is a central character in Silent Hill 3. Although a priest of the Order, he holds an atypical stance on God, noted for his manipulative charisma and ambiguous stance as an ally or enemy. Vincent, a young priest, manages the Order’s finances and played a key role in building their church. However, he also uses the Order for personal gain, implied to spend some donations on himself. He claims to know about Heather's past, the situation, and Silent Hill events 17 years prior, mentioning her "mother" Dahlia Gillespie and adoptive father Harry Mason. It is speculated that Vincent grew up with Claudia Wolf, witnessing her abuse by her father, Leonard Wolf. Described as a "hypocrite behind nice clothes," Vincent is manipulative, smug, and enjoys malicious jokes. Despite his grating personality, he is actually sane and keen on helping Heather prevent God's birth. Ultimately, Vincent is stabbed and killed by Claudia.
