Bobby Randolph is a high school student who appears in Silent Hill 4: The Room. He and his friends, Sein Martin and Jasper Gein, were deeply fascinated by the lore of the Order and tried to learn as much as they could. Tragically, his life was cut short when he was strangled to death by serial killer Walter Sullivan, who then removed his heart. His body was dumped on the college campus in Pleasant River, becoming the second victim in the game. Bobby is also known as Victim 2. A book about occultism, found at the crime scene, was left behind as his remnant.
Within the Silent Hill universe, Bobby's grim fate is a reflection of the Order's dark influence and the suffering of innocent individuals. Although just a minor character, his story contributes a layer of horror and tragedy to Silent Hill 4. Bobby's image reminds players of the ubiquitous danger in this town full of darkness and supernatural forces.
