Margaret Holloway

Margaret Holloway is a primary antagonist in Silent Hill: Homecoming. She is a judge and the leader of the Order cult in Shepherd's Glen. As a member of the Holloway family, one of the town's founding families, she is tasked with upholding her family's pact with their God. This pact requires each family to sacrifice a child every fifty years; for the Holloways, it's through strangulation. Margaret brutally strangled her younger daughter, Nora, to maintain this pact. When other families failed to fulfill their obligations, she saw it as a betrayal to their God and revived the Order, kidnapping and brainwashing townspeople to restore what she deemed order through terror. She is ruthless and believes her actions are for the town's safety, even if it means sacrificing her other daughter, Elle. In the game, she is ultimately defeated by the protagonist, Alex, dying from her own power drill.
