Bryan Handley

Bryan Handley is a prison captain at Ryall State Prison in Silent Hill: Downpour. He was put in charge by Glen Milton to investigate all segregation and isolation procedures, and any possible people involved, after the murder of prison inmate, Patrick Napier. After information was obtained from Frank Coleridge regarding the corrupt nature of corrections officer George Sewell, he began an aggressive investigation into the allegations, hoping to link the two together. Handley serves as a minor character in the game, but his investigation is crucial to the development of the plot. He is portrayed as a serious and dutiful man, committed to exposing injustices within the prison system. While his character isn't as prominent as the protagonists, his presence highlights the pervasive theme of corruption and injustice in the Silent Hill series.
