Adam Warlock is a complex character in Marvel Comics, originally created by a group of scientists and known as "Him," intended to be the perfect human. However, Warlock soon realized their evil intentions and rebelled. He was later named "Warlock" by the High Evolutionary and gifted with the Soul Gem. Warlock has been a hero of Counter-Earth and fought his evil future self, Magus.
