Ghost Rider

Ghost Rider is the name of several fictional supernatural antiheroes appearing in Marvel Comics. The first supernatural Ghost Rider is stunt motorcyclist Johnny Blaze, who, in order to save the life of his foster father, makes a deal with the demon Mephisto, giving his soul. At night and when around evil, Blaze finds his flesh consumed by hellfire, causing his head to become a flaming skull. He rides a fiery motorcycle and wields blasts of hellfire from his skeletal hands. He eventually learns he has been bonded with the demon Zarathos. Later, Danny Ketch becomes the new Ghost Rider, bonded to a Spirit of Vengeance. In 2014, Robbie Reyes becomes Ghost Rider, driving a classic muscle car instead of a motorcycle. Ghost Rider is typically depicted as an embodiment of vengeance, punishing those who have committed sins. He possesses superhuman strength, hellfire powers, and uses his 'Penance Stare' to inflict pain on the wicked. Multiple versions of Ghost Rider have appeared in different eras of the Marvel Universe, each with their own unique story and abilities.
