Omega Sentinel

Omega Sentinel, whose real name is Karima Shapandar, was originally an officer in the Indian National Police. She was transformed into an Omega Prime Sentinel by Bastion, leader of the anti-mutant organization Operation: Zero Tolerance. This process granted her formidable cyborg abilities, including superhuman strength, flight, energy projection, and self-repair. Initially, she was programmed as a sleeper agent, activating her lethal programming upon detecting nearby mutants. However, Karima's humanity struggled against her Sentinel programming. She was later freed from this control by Professor X and Magneto and chose to fight for mutantkind, joining the X-Men. Despite being controlled by villains like Malice and Arkea, Karima has consistently fought to maintain her self and strives to protect both mutants and humans. As an Omega Prime Sentinel, she possesses advanced technological capabilities and adapts to battlefield environments, making her a powerful ally of the X-Men. Her unique identity often leads to trust issues.
