Sentry

Sentry, whose real name is Robert Reynolds, is a fictional superhero character in Marvel Comics. Created by Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee, he first appeared in The Sentry #1 in September 2000. Sentry has a complex and unique origin story. He was once a meth addict who gained superhuman powers after taking an experimental formula called the Golden Sentry Serum, which is far more potent than Captain America's Super Soldier Serum. Sentry possesses "the power of a million exploding suns," granting him immense strength, speed, durability, flight, and energy manipulation. However, along with these powerful abilities, he struggles with a dark persona known as the Void, which represents the dark side of his powers. In the Marvel Universe, Sentry has been an ally of many superheroes and has joined teams like the Avengers. His enormous potential and uncontrollable power make him a powerful yet complex character in the Marvel universe. Sentry will make his live-action debut in the upcoming Marvel movie *Thunderbolts*, portrayed by Lewis Pullman.
