Supernova

Supernova is a name used by multiple characters within the Marvel Universe, most notably Montgomery "Monty" Lloyd Woods. Monty is a high school student who gained supernatural abilities and fights crime in New York City alongside Spider-Man as the superhero Supernova. She has the ability to convert her life force into energy blasts and uses a special visor to protect her identity. In fan creations within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Supernova is depicted as an important character who participates in the Avengers Civil War and plays a key role in the battle against Thanos. Additionally, Supernova is also a Legendary Heroic Card used by Captain Marvel in the Marvel game, which can deal damage to all enemies in an area. In Marvel comics, there is also a team called "Supernovas" as well as a villain character who has connections with Spider-Man, also named Supernova, who wields the powers of the Sun. These various Supernova characters each have their unique background and story in the Marvel universe.
