Erik Killmonger

Erik Killmonger, born N'Jadaka, is a prominent antagonist in Marvel Comics, particularly in the Black Panther series. Born in Wakanda as the son of Prince N'Jobu, his life was marked by his father's death at the hands of his uncle, T'Chaka, and his subsequent experiences outside Wakanda. This fueled a burning desire for revenge against Wakanda. Highly skilled in military tactics and combat, Killmonger served in the U.S. Navy SEALs, earning the nickname 'Killmonger.' Returning to Wakanda, he challenged T'Challa for the throne, aiming to use Wakanda's resources and technology to liberate people of African descent worldwide and to bring Wakanda out of hiding. Killmonger's actions are driven by tragedy and a desire for retribution, sparking crucial conversations about power, justice, and cultural identity. He's portrayed by Michael B. Jordan in the film *Black Panther*, leaving a lasting impression.
